“I think the variation in projects and working together with talented colleagues from all over Europe are the best parts of this role. And the fact that the role consists of equal parts strategical and creative work. For me, the creative part is particularly important. I believe that to succeed as a campaign manager, you need to be more than just a traditional project manager and be able to produce creative solutions and design great marketing campaigns and other cool concepts together with the team. Being people oriented is also important, you will work together with a lot of different people so being able to discuss, align and get people to move in the same direction is key.”
